Elder Connect is free to join and always will be. Membership from £6.99 a month covers the calls themselves, but support from people who believe in the idea helps keep the service running and within reach for everyone.
Elder Connect is not a registered charity, so we’re unable to offer Gift Aid or tax relief on contributions. Your support directly helps us keep this service free for everyone.
What your support pays for
Telephone costs
Every friendship uses a private platform number so members never share their own. Those calls and numbers cost money each month.
Verification and safety
Telephone verification and optional identity checks are paid for per member, as is the time spent reviewing reports.
Running the service
Hosting, email and the day-to-day work of matching people and answering questions.

Payments are handled securely by Stripe on their own page. We never see or store your card details.
Support is entirely voluntary. It never affects how members are matched, and no member is ever asked for money by us or by another member — if anyone asks you for money, please report it.
